The best business system in the world won’t help a company if you don’t also look at business processes–the structured activities that produce specific outputs inside an enterprise.

Our team of business process experts are trained in methodologies such as “Lean Manufacturing” and “Six-Sigma” and we work with our customers on a regular basis to implement best business practices.

There are three areas we concentrate on.

  1. Management processes that govern the operation of a system. Typical management processes include “Corporate Governance” and “Strategic Management”
  2. Operational processes that constitute the core business and create primary value. Typical operational processes are purchasing, manufacturing, work-in-progress (WIP) and inventory control.
  3. Supporting processes, which support the core business. Examples include accounting and areas such as H-R.

The outcome of a properly designed business process is increased effectiveness, value for the customer and increased efficiency, less costs for the company.
